Terms and Conditions for Power Washing Services
1. Scope of Services:
a. Exact ProWash will perform power washing services on the property as agreed upon by both parties.
b. The specific areas and surfaces to be power washed will be determined and agreed upon in advance.
c. Additional services may be requested and agreed upon resulting in an addendum to final price.
2. Payment:
a. The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the power washing services.
b. Payment due at service completion.
c. Card on file will result in card being charged at time of service completion.
3. Property Access:
a. The Customer will provide the necessary access to the property for Exact ProWash to perform the power washing services.
b. The Customer will ensure that the property is clear of any obstacles or hazards that may impede the power washing process.
c. The Customer will accept all liability for any items that need to be moved to perform the services.
4. Liability:
a. Exact ProWash will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing the power washing services.
b. Exact ProWash will not be liable for any existing damage on the property or its contents. This includes wear and tear due to age.
c. The Customer is responsible for removing any delicate or valuable items from the areas to be power washed.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling:
a. If the Customer wishes to cancel or reschedule the power washing services, they must provide notice to the Service Provider within a timeframe of 24 hours.
b. The Service Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the Customer fails to provide adequate notice.
6. Indemnification:
a. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Exact ProWash harmless from any claims arising out of or related to the power washing services, except in the case of Exact ProWash’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. All animals and persons shall remain inside and away from crew working on job
8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the power washing services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined above.
